Payment Methods: We accept VIsa, MasterCard, American Express and DIscover credit cards. We also accept money orders and checks. Orders for money orders will be processed the workday the money order is received. Orders for checks will be processed once the check clears the bank, normally 5 business days. If ordering with money order or check make them payable to Mosher Enterprises, INC and mail to PO Box 402, Hertford, NC 27944. Once you place your order remember to mail you check because the order will not be processed until the money is received. Shipping Policies: We use UPS/USPS/Fedex for small package shipments. Freight shipments are handled via various truck lines. Shipping is 15% of total cost of merchandise. There is an additional $5.00 service charge for orders less than $60.00. Orders are normally shipped 7-10 business day. During peak seasons shipping may be up to 14 business days. Return Policy: All returns must have prior authorization. Contact us at shipping@excitingsoccerstuff.com or go to our Contact Us page and use that e-mail form to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). All returns must be shipped prepaid, collect items will be refused. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Damaged Goods Policy: When you receive your shipment, inspect all cartons before singing the delivery receipt. All shortages or visual damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. You must notify us at shipping@excitingsoccerstuff.com or go to our Contact Us page and use that e-mail form of any shortages or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Exciting Soccer Stuff will assist you in filing a claim if all correct procedures have been followed. |
